ADVENTURE HOLIDAYS OF A LIFETIME FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH AN ILLNESS OR DISABILITY CRITERIAMETHOD OF SKIING - AS ANY ABLE-BODIED CHILD/YOUNG PERSON ATTENDING ITALIAN SKI SCHOOL OR ONE-TO-ONE TUITION WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF USING SKI TOE TIP CONNECTORSAGE - 12 TO 14CONDITION - SEVERE BURNS INCLUDING SEVERE FACIAL BURNS - VERY AMBULANT WITH A POSSIBLE ILLNESSWHAT IS EXPECTED OF THIS CHILD? TWO POSSIBLE METHODS OF SKIING METHOD ONE This child may possibly make up a group of 8 children and be taught in the local Italian Ski School, accompanied by a paediatric nurse or doctor. Lessons are from 10.30-12.30 and from 14.00-15.00, with an option for another hour. If they learn and progress, many of them will ski on the Thursday at another resort just minutes away. This is only just a little more demanding but a great thrill and achievement for them, a brilliant way to end their week. METHOD TWO If you feel this child will not be able to keep up with the sick but otherwise mobile children then you may care to nominate them for the Ski Tip Toe Connectors, with the possibility of one-to-one tuition.
